1. Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
• Concept, design and manage various on-site design initiatives
• Design web and mobile experiences that maximize conversion rates, subscription retention, and provides delightful user experiences
• Strategize, design, and run A/B tests that can have positive impact on conversation rate and user engagement
• Develop landing page experiences that positively impact new customer acquisition
• Integrating user data and web analytics to create, communicate, and test customer journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, motion and transitions, and visual design

Qualifications:
• Min. 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• A strong eye for visual design – visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color choice.
• Solid understanding of web development practices and the capabilities of web browsers
• Deep experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Axure. Familiarity with InVision or Zeplin a plus
• Front-end coding experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional portfolio that demonstrates your UX capabilities, creativity, and problem-solving
• Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills – other languages are a plus
• Highly versatile across different functions and easy to work with
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Interest in mental wellbeing, meditation.

2. Creative Designer

Responsibilities:
• Localize video ads for social media platforms in 10 languages
• Helping the creative process
• Be self-driven, holding yourself accountable for your respective tasks and deadlines
• Keep yourself up to date with emerging design trends and tools, and offer your ideas and point of view for new and compelling content

Qualifications:
• Min. 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer
• Experience with both 2D & 3D motion graphics
• Experience in relevant applications, such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, and Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro X
• Interest in mental wellbeing, meditation

3. Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Answering and troubleshooting daily questions, finding solutions to issues submitted via email
• Investigating issues using design documents, logs, databases or the codebase & figure out the root
• causes
• Collecting insights, conveying them to the right people and helping the Member Happiness team
• prioritize the roadmap
• Providing technical trainings to Member Happiness team

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of business analysis process, methodologies and test methodologies
• Good knowledge and experience in PHP and MySQL
• iOS & Android development processes knowledge (optional)
• Highly effective time management and multitasking skills
• Good communicator, team player
